Premieres: Sunday, August 11 at 9pm on AMC
How will it all end for Walter White? The brilliant, Emmy-winning drama’s final eight episodes will answer that question, and even though it won’t start until the end of summer, we can’t wait.

Dexter (2006)
Premieres: Sunday, June 30 at 9pm on Showtime
Even if it hasn’t been at its best in the past few seasons, who doesn’t want to know if Dexter Morgan escapes unharmed or if the Bat Harbor Butcher is finally caught and punished? Knowing that it’s the final season adds a lot of tension as literally anyone can die.

The Killing (2011)
Premieres: Sunday, June 2 at 8pm on AMC (a special two-hour premiere, it moves to 9pm starting June 9)
After the Rosie Larsen case was closed and the show was cancelled, I was happy to be done with the show. But a surprise resurrection and a promise that this year’s mystery will be wrapped up in a single season has me excited. Plus, we all know Mireille Enos and Joel Kinnaman as Linden and Holder were the best part of the show, and the fact that they’re the only ones returning is a great sign

The Newsroom (2012)
Premieres: Sunday, July 14 at 10pm on HBO
Aaron Sorkin’s wonderfully overwritten reality-based news show is love it or hate it, and if you love it, the opportunity to see how the News Night team handles the 2012 election should be good. If that’s not enough, the show is adding the always brilliant Patton Oswalt to the cast.

Suits (2011)
Premieres: Tuesday, July 16 at 10pm on USA
With Harvey and Jessica at odds and Rachel discovering Mike’s secret (before a steamy hook-up in the file room), season 3 of this expertly-written and acted drama should be exciting.

True Blood (2008)
Premieres: Sunday, June 16 at 9pm on HBO
Sink your teeth into the soap Bon Temps drama for more vampire action as they face off against their deadliest enemy: humans. There’s also plenty of fairy and werewolf drama too.

Hot in Cleveland (2010)
Premieres: Wednesday, June 19 at 10pm on TV Land
Not only does the comedy return with a live premiere on June 19, but this season will include appearances by Modern Family’s Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Carol Burnett, Tim Conway and a Mary Tyler Moore reunion with Mary Tyler Moore, Valerie Harper and Cloris Leachman. Fans of classic TV comedy can’t afford to miss it.

Pretty Little Liars (2010)
Premieres: Tuesday, June 11 at 8pm on ABC Family
The fourth season promises to add more scandal and mystery to the summer, but the most important reason to watch is to see how the show sets up its upcoming spin-off, Ravenswood.

Why should you suddenly tune into this sports psychiatrist drama? Well, Dani gets a new job offer from the owner of a sports management agency played by John Stamos, and another employee is played by David Anders (Alias, The Vampire Diaries). Those are two very good reasons to tune if you haven’t already.

America's Got Talent (2006)
Premieres: Tuesday, June 4 at 9pm on NBC (also airs Wednesdays at 9pm starting July 10)
The talent competition is back for an eighth season, but the real reason to watch isn’t germaphobe Howie Mandel or shock jock Howard Stern, it’s new judges Heidi Klum and Spice Girl Mel B.
