My Favorite Comic Book Artists

Adam Hughes. Love the way he colors, the only problem I have with his art is that at times he tends to draw no hips on the women.

Humberto Ramos. I love the cartoon feel he puts in his artwork. I think he has improved a lot from his earlier work.

Alejandro Garza. I think this guy has a lot of potential but at times his artwork seems lazy. If he can focus, he can create some great art like this.

Frank Cho. I know people are going to nag because I didn't post a drawing of a woman since it is what he is known for, but this pic of Wolverine shows that he can draw some kick ass men too.

Clay Mann. He has done some amazing work for Marvel. At first I thought his art looked like Olivier Coipel's but he has really improved to his own style.

J. Scott Campbell. Love his fairy tale artwork. It tends to get too repetitive at times but he is still a great artist.

Stanley Lau. His artwork is amazing. I love this piece. He also did others with this magazine theme of Wonder Woman, Black Canary and Catwoman.

Ed Benes. He draws some of the best women. I love his pictures of Wonder Woman since she looks tough yet sexy.

Jason Pearson. At times, his artwork can feel too cartoon-ish but he puts a lot of detail, like in this pic, he can do wonders.

Leinil Francis Yu. I know this pic is a bit too erotic but I put this here since many people complain about the way he draws women. Nothing wrong from what I can see.

Kenneth Rocafort. Love his artwork. I really got into his art when he did Madame Mirage. His Superman looks bad ass.
