This Is the End (2013)
So disappointed, thought it was guna be a genuinely good comedy but it was just a stupid mess of lads running around screaming and reacting to stupid shit, wasted a good 2 hours with this
Ciara's rating:

Pleasantville (1998)
It aesthetically pleasing, especially when Toby was applying the black & white make up to his tv mum and the art in the film too. The story wasn't up to much but I didn't expect it to be.
Ciara's rating:

Kids (1995)
Very interesting film, have been telling everyone about it, the story is really intriguing and appreciate what the directer was trying to do with this, think he missed the mark with his latest film though.
Ciara's rating:

Sex and the City 2 (2010)
I just watched this cause I was missing the tv show and it did fill the void for a little while :)
Ciara's rating:

Control (2007)
Oh I love it, obviously the soundtrack is amazing and I loved how simple it all was, he didn't have a crazy life, the fame didn't get to him, it was the break-up of a marriage and a medical condition that inspired all the music, it's just so relatable
Ciara's rating:

Trainspotting (1996)
Another movie about heroin addicts! Really liked it, felt like i was in some kind of dream watching it, really love kelly mcdonald even tho she didn't have a major part, just love her voice & her body just wow
Ciara's rating:

Spirited Away (2001)
All I can say is these anime writers have some crazy fkin imaginations, how they come up with this stuff?
Ciara's rating:

The Truman Show (1998)
My brother made me watch this yday as it's his favourite film but I wasn't complaining as I had been meaning to watch this for the longest time. I'm hesitant to admit that I'm not a fan of Jim Carrey, I find some of his role over the top and a bit annoying, the only role of his I truly liked was his role in Spotless Mind, but I did really like this film and I think he played it very well and a bit more subtly than his other roles.
Ciara's rating:

Ginger & Rosa (2012)
Watched this because I'm kinda interested in Elle Fanning, and I do think she's a good actor for her age. I expected a movie about a young friendship between two girls and basically got the opposite of that but overall I enjoyed the whole mood of the film.
Ciara's rating:

Quite a sweet film had me smiling throughout, and crying a little bit too. But a great watch if you're looking for something with a happy ending.
Ciara's rating:

The Station Agent (2003)
This was so sweet and a bit sad too. It had me smiling like a fool for most of it. And I mean Peter Dinklage is just so damn good (looking) at everything!
Ciara's rating:

The Place Beyond the Pines (2013)
I'll admit I watched this for Ryan Gosling so I was disappointed with how little of the film he was actually in. The Cops story bored me a little but I kinda liked how it tied up in the end with the sons, although a little predictable.
Ciara's rating:

Was not very fond of the book but I quite enjoyed this. Visuals were just amazing. Thought it was a bit long though and they dragged it out too much.
Ciara's rating:

I've been seriously lacking in the movie watching department because of college work and exam, which should all change now as I don't have college for the rest of the year. So this was my first choice and I loved it, loved that weird little relationship they had going on and damn Leon was a fucking badass. Soo so good
Ciara's rating:

Half Nelson (2006)
A sweet film, that made me sad but also made me laugh. Sweet friendship too. Movie pushed it close to the edge where I almost hated Ryan Goslings character but pulled it back just in time for me not too.
Ciara's rating:

Recommended by a friend who said it was his favourite film, so I was a bit disappointed to be honest. It was good, but the ending was so meh in my opinion.
Ciara's rating:

Spring Breakers (2012)
I know it was supposed to be social commentary but it just felt like a really long music video.
Ciara's rating:

Quite disappointed, one of the few JGL I hadn't seen and usually love everything he is in. But I just didn't really get this, what's the moral of the story like?
Ciara's rating:

Jeff, Who Lives at Home (2012)
Was quite boring until the last 20 mins or so, not enough for me to really like it tho
Ciara's rating:

Oz the Great and Powerful (2013)
Great cast, so bright and colourful and quite funny, enjoyed it more than I thought I would
Ciara's rating:

Elizabeth Olsen is amazing in this, such a heartbreaking story too. Also Lana from AHS!
Ciara's rating:

I'm very disappointed in myself that I hadn't watched this movie earlier but I find movies about Ireland's struggle completely heartbreaking and this was nothing less than that. Loved Cillian Murphy in this too.
Ciara's rating:

Thelma & Louise (1991)
Bit of a feminist movie here, even if it was not intended to be these girls fight back against cat calling and rapist and I love this movie so much for that. Also it's just so much fun! Have to admit I got very emotional during the rape scene, so hard to watch.
Ciara's rating:

Just fresh from watching it so still emotional. Amazing story, every scene was beautiful. So touching. Movies that have a relationship between a human and an animal always get me though. Always.
Ciara's rating:

Room 237 (2012)
So glad I could finally watch this. It was really interesting and almost as creepy as the real thing. Made you appreciate movie making as a real art form.
Ciara's rating:

Ok I know it's a tv movie but it's worth putting on this list, visually beautiful and very interesting life story
Ciara's rating:

Frida (2002)
I watched out of curiosity of Frida's life. It kinda of raised more questions than it answered.
Ciara's rating:

The Graduate (1967)
Loved this. I just think it has the most beautiful bitter sweet ending. So perfect.
Ciara's rating:

Safety Not Guaranteed (2012)
When I heard about this movie I thought it was too good too be true, so I lowered my expectations greatly. But it was actually great, it was cute, romantic and funny with a perfect cast. I like how they handled the sci-fi aspect too it wasn't over the top.
Ciara's rating:

Jennifer's Body (2009)
Honestly only watched it cause I knew Amanda Seyfried and Megan Fox kissed in it and that was the only good part so yeah.
Ciara's rating:

Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986)
Another 80's classic, one I'm ashamed I hadn't watched sooner but definitely one I'll rewatch in the future.
