All About Steve (2009)
I laughed. I'm not sure why I laughed but I did. And does anybody believe for a second that Sandra Bullock deserved worst actress that year?
garfield2710's rating:

Alpha And Omega (2010)
Rehashed romance works through charming characters and funny jokes, but the first 20 minutes of this film is pure and utter crap.
garfield2710's rating:

Alvin and the Chipmunks (2007)
While the second one was definately a cash cow, this one tried to hide it more, and to be honest I thought it was cute. It's not high art, but I laughed and enjoyed the characters.
garfield2710's rating:

The Day After Tomorrow (2004)
I don't know if it's just me but I really liked this film. I'll rewatch it and post a review later of why I like it so much but I really do.
garfield2710's rating:

I will say that I have not seen the original. I thought this was entertaining and suspensful enough to keep me interested.
garfield2710's rating:

Dear John (2010)
I'm a guy. It's in my genes to not like Nicholas Sparks novels and movies, however I did enjoy this one. The romance is interesting and believable, and the foreshadowing of the twist is actually well executed. However don't get me started on the Last song.
garfield2710's rating:

Ernest Goes to Camp (1987)
Pick any Ernest film except Ernest Scared Stupid and Ernest Goes to School. I don't what it is, but I always laugh out loud during the watching of these films, even if the humor is stupid. Maybe it's just nostalgia, but for whatever reason I will always be an Ernest P. Worrell fan.
garfield2710's rating:

Firetrap (2001)
Despite many flaws, this is just a straight-up heist film, nothing more nothing less. And that's just fun.
garfield2710's rating:

G-Force (2009)
It's juvenile, it's stupid and it makes no sense, but there is something that puts a smile on my face. I love the twist, I really like these characters, and some of these jokes do make me laugh.
garfield2710's rating:

Gnomeo & Juliet (2011)
I loved the Shakespeare references, thought the jokes were funny enough and the love between Gnomeo and Juliet is suprisingly believable and realistic for a kids film.
garfield2710's rating:

Herbie: Fully Loaded (2005)
There is only one Herbie film I don't like, and that's Herbie Goes Bananas. I thought this film did a great job of staying true to the original formula of the Love Bug.
garfield2710's rating:

No, this is not a mistake. This is actually on here. I thought the songs were energetic, the characters charming and the plot fun. Stil, it's better than the horrific HSM 2.
garfield2710's rating:

House (2008)
It's cheap horror tricks, shaky theology, bad editing and predictable ending, but still there is some fun to be had.
garfield2710's rating:

Just Go with It (2011)
There were so many unpredictable jokes, that I just couldn't help but laugh at them, even if they made absolutely no sense.
garfield2710's rating:

Just My Luck (2006)
I loved the plot and I thought the romance was believable. It was charming, original and fun.
garfield2710's rating:

Kangaroo Jack (2003)
This is one of those films that tried to appeal to both kids and adults and failed horribly. But still, I laughed...a lot more than I should've.
garfield2710's rating:

Killers (2010)
I thought Kutcher and Hiegl had good chemistry, I loved the idea that "everyone" is out to get them, and I also felt it really shed some light on troubling issues involved with being married.
garfield2710's rating:

Knowing (2009)
This one made me think, which I think is the sign of a good disaster flick. But it does have a lot of plot holes that are never explained in any fashion.
garfield2710's rating:

Leap Year (2010)
It's predictable. But tossing that aside, this is actually a pretty good romance that does toss in some loops that made it fun to see how they were going to end up together, not wondering if they were going to end up together.
garfield2710's rating:

My Favorite Martian (1999)
Christopher Lloyd as Uncle Martin. I think I've said enough.
garfield2710's rating:

The Next Karate Kid (1994)
I happened to like Hilary Swank in this role. The villains were so over the top I thought they were a ton of fun to watch.
garfield2710's rating:

See Spot Run (2001)
Crude humor, check.
Mob plot in a kids film, check.
Testicles being ripped out of a mobster, check.
Guilty pleasure, check.

garfield2710's rating:

This is probably my favorite film on this list. I loved the relationship between Number 5 and Stephanie, the jokes were funny and the climax is great.
garfield2710's rating:

Signs (2002)
This film tries so hard to be dramatic, that it fails miserably, only to come right back and be dramatic again. It's absolutley wonderful.
garfield2710's rating:

A Simple Wish (1997)
Cute charming protagonist, funny Martin Short, clever ideas that sadly aren't fleshed out and strange weird moments, but still...
garfield2710's rating:

Speed 2: Cruise Control (1997)
Really my only problem with the film is the scene with the boat running through the dock goes on for way too long. Other than that, I thought the action sequences were fun, I liked the plot and the villain is just so much fun to watch.
garfield2710's rating:

Speed Racer (2008)
Bright colorful visuals take front seat as opposed to the extremely confusing and misguided story, but... at least they're colorful.
garfield2710's rating:

Nothing new, original or fresh here. But Christina Ricci is charming, the cat is funny and the mystery is actually semi-engaging.
garfield2710's rating:

Twister (1996)
This is just a fun movie. The character may be dumb, but then again most characters in disaster films are.
garfield2710's rating:

I don't care what anybody says, I laughed during this film and nothing's going to change it.
garfield2710's rating:

The Wizard (1989)
If I was on Siskel and Ebert, I would give this film a thumbs down, but still, there is some good things about this film, and while I don't necessarily think the good overshadows the bad, I still think it's fun watching nevertheless.
garfield2710's rating:

X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009)
Nonsenseical action and doesn't really explain the origins of Wolverine, but it's so freaking cool!
garfield2710's rating:

Here it is. This is my list of my guilty pleasures out here in the open for everybody to see. Keep in mind I can recognize some of these as bad films, but I was entertained so I gave them a pass.
