Judd Apatow

He produced the show Undeclared, as well as many acclaimed movies like Anchorman, The 40 Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up, Superbad, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Step Brothers, Pineapple Express, and Bridesmaids.
He has two movies coming out in 2012: This Is Forty, and The Five-Year Engagement.

Linda Cardellini

Her biggest role since she was on the show was as Sam on ER. She was in Scooby Doo, Brokeback Mountain, and SUPER.
She was most recently on an episode of Person of Interest.

John Francis Daley

He's been in a handful of shows including Boston Public, The Geena Davis Show, and Kitchen Confidential. He's been in the movies View From the Top, Waiting…, and Horrible Bosses.
He currently plays Dr. Lance Sweets on Bones.

James Franco

Where to start? He's been in a crazy amount of movies and did a bit on General Hospital. And of course there was his botched Oscars hosting.
He's currently filming Oz: The Great and Powerful.

Samm Levine

He has guest starred on many a TV show in the past 12 years such as That '70s Show, How I Met Your Mother, My Name Is Earl, Veronica Mars, Lost, NCIS, and most recently Modern Family.

Seth Rogen

He has written a lot of scripts as well as starred in many movies--including a handful of Apatow flicks--like Knocked Up, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, I Love You Man, Despicable Me, Bad Teacher, and The Muppets. He was also on Undeclared, and currently stars in How I Met Your Mother.
He has two movies coming out in 2012: The Five-Year Engagement, and This Is Forty.

Martin Starr

Martin has been very busy since Freaks and Geeks. He was in a number of movies like Knocked Up, Superbad, Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, and Adventureland. He was on the cast of Party Down, as well as had spots on Ed, Roswell, Undeclared, How I Met Your Mother, The League, Children's Hospital and Community, among others.
He's in Deep Dark Canyon coming out in 2012.

Busy Philipps

She has been in random episodes of shows--like Undeclared--and in a few movies with small roles. She has been on several TV shows including Dawson's Creek, Love Inc, ER, and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, and currently plays Laurie Keller on Cougar Town.
