Libra is the seventh of the zodiac signs. A Libran is born between September 23rd and October 23rd. The symbol of Libra is the scales of a balance. The only sign not symbolized by an animal or a human is Libra. The scales signify the main personality trait of a Libran - equilibrium, harmony and balance. One of the important personality traits of a Libran is diplomacy. Librans are impersonal and impartial.
