The Maze Runner (2014)

of this year I've been waiting for this movie, with the hope that
I will have the opportunity to see it in the cinema. And it worked!
It was my first visit to the cinema this year and I'm really happy
with this screening. I'd be in spite of myself, I gave a lower rating
than 9 stars because I really liked the book and the movie was
really cool. Great role of Dylan O'Brien, very reliable.
I love it and I look forward to the next!
Villiana's rating:

The Colony (2013)

but surprised scenery and idea, I was thinking that I would like it. After the scene on the bridge, I began to wait for something
special, but the entire end ruined everything. Unfortunately.
Villiana's rating:

X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014)

part of the X-Men (of course for me). The whole story has introduced some
answers, but also a bit of confusion to what we already know. I liked
a couple of sequences, for example, Erik's rescue action from Pentagon
(Quicksilver was brilliant). I'm disappointed quite bland action
and a little distinctness characters. I didn't feel the tragedy, maybe
a little bit at the end.
Villiana's rating:

The World According to Garp (1982)

Robin Williams was one of my favorite actors. I decided to spend some
time with him and watch movies, which I don't remember or haven't seen yet
and remember the ones I really like. So I'll start from the beginning.
I saw this movie a long long time ago, and I definitely don't remember.
It was interesting, sad for fun, like life, the ending definitely blew me up.
Villiana's rating:

Moscow on the Hudson (1984)

and customs and the whole 'American dream' thing. And of course,
Robin Williams was great.
"Yesterday I bought my first pair of American shoes. They were made in Italy."
"- Let's practice our English. [...]
- Do you read Ernest Hemingway?
- Every Fucking Day."
Villiana's rating:

The Fault in Our Stars (2014)

and throughout the movie that feeling isn't weakened. Everything was
interesting, story, acting, original dialogues, a pinch of humor
and music that fits brilliantly to the whole. I have to admit that after
'Divergent' I wasn't impressed Shailene Woodley, but here she was amazing.
She perfectly fit for this role. I give nine and totally regret
that I didn't read book earlier.
Villiana's rating:

something like 'the people of the boxes', but definitely there is no trolls)

Not only because I love cinema, but also because of the fact that It was
the first time with my little son. Both I and he were delighted, because
this story about a little boy who lives with Boxtrolls was great, moving
and really interesting. And the boy himself (Eggs)... simply charming!
Villiana's rating:

Howl's Moving Castle (2004)

and moving story. And this castle... insane :D
Villiana's rating:

Draft Day (2014)

I have no idea at all, sports, which I don't really know...
At the beginning it was weird, a lot of talk and more talk, but over time,
each of the talks sucked, and generally I sat and watched,
I pulled out even in shares and all this subject and I'm really glad
that I watched this movie, because there were even some excitement.
And always nice to learn a few new things that didn't know before.
Villiana's rating:

Dallas Buyers Club (2013)

and unfortunately I'm really disappointed. Didn't move me this story
practically at all. There was nothing especially special for me.
But I have to admit that Matthew McConaughey is getting better and better,
and yeah... the Oscar went definitely in good hands. And I love you
Jared Leto! You look great even in skirt.
Villiana's rating:

Cosmopolis (2012)

really terrible! I haven't much to say: Robert Pattinson in the limo.
I watched because I was curious, I'm curious many things and this
is maybe my problem, by which I often wasting time. Yesterday, soon after
seeing I wanted to write something more, but today, when I slept with it,
I forgot the whole thing at all, so... definitely one star.
Villiana's rating:

3 Days To Kill (2014)

interesting story. Missing in this picture a lot of things, but overall
I was playing pretty well. But I think all subject old agents who leave
the profession and relationships with their family has been completely
exploited by the cinema. But at least Kevin Costner looked great,
even in this stupid scarf.
Villiana's rating:

Christine (1983)

I don't read too many of them, maybe because I first saw a large part
of movies when I was younger, and reading books, when the content
is somehow already known isn't exciting and doesn't leave too much
space for my own fantasy. But, considering how much King books was filming,
and how many of them were really unique stories, I believe that
the author's imagination is so huge. In the case of Christine
I'm not disappointed. Very good story. Arnie really freak me out.
Villiana's rating:

Red Dawn (1984)

that this is due to the duo Hemsworth/Hutcherson, whose I really like now.
Patrick Swayze is ok as well, but I think that his time has passed.
The whole production reminds me so popular now young-adult fiction,
some announcement, youth forced into constant struggle in the face
of a bad future...
Villiana's rating:

so I wanted to check it out. This movie was really weird,
I'm in total don't know what to think, at the beginning I was waiting
for something exciting, later it was tension, but after the screening
I was left with mouth open, but I don't know why. One thing I know
for sure, I'm glad that I don't have neighbors!
Villiana's rating:

(Close Encounters of the Third Kind)

it seems to me that there is, but I've never ran into this UFO stuff.
Yeah, I like to watch movies about it from time to time,
because I'm curious and I often thought, if there is another civilization,
how they look? What are they like? This movie was interesting,
kept in suspense until the end, but the ending disappointed me.
I expected something else.
Villiana's rating:

Mr. Smith Goes to Washington (1939)
(Mr. Smith Goes to Washington)

The world is so corrupt that I doubt it, that the unit, despite its best efforts,
is unable to change anything.
