Public Enemy are inspired by 60s and 70s black soul - the so-called 'voices of the voiceless'. I felt this idea very passionately, corralling a set of images repeatedly presented to us on the world stage. Used in the album artwork New Whirl Odor, this piece is fuelled by my belief that art has a purpose beyond pure aesthetics - to communicate deeper meanings.
