I have been wanting to see this since it came out, but I never had the opportunity until now. I think the cast is full of great actors and Billy Magnussen keeps popping up in the films I've been checking out lately including Into the Woods and Revenge of the Green Dragons. An interesting thing is that this about terrorists who are for the "greater good" and Aldis Hodge plays a member. In The Purge movies Edwin Hodge (Aldis's brother) plays a member of a "terrorist organization" as well for the "greater good". This movie is a prime example of just because people do bad things it doesn't mean they are bad people. I actually really liked all the characters here and thought they all contributed finely to the overall story. The acting was good as I expected. The issues faced here are real and sad. The ending was interesting, but I could see the twists coming a mile away. It's an entertaining and somewhat "educational" watch. I recommend checking it out and it might even change your views on things.
