Review of Barbarian

There is some Wes Craven in what represents here (finally!) contemporary horror at its best. Between Alvarez's "Don't Breathe" for the anxiety-inducing atmosphere and Craven's "The Basement of Fear" for the horrific side, the unknown Zach Cregger surprises with his rather intelligent approach to the genre. The (very) good surprise of the year 2022 ?
