Anime: Non Non Biyori

Non Non Biyori is one of my all-time favorite slice-of-life shows, and it’s partly because of its goofy and extremely likable cast.

Kaede Nagayama is one of the older characters.

But her chill attitude and her love for Renge keeps her away from the cynical, downtrodden section of adulthood.

I love how she’s willing to exert more effort than usual to make Renge smile.

Plus how could I not like someone who manages a candy store?
