Carnival 2019 in Venice. Venice is well-known for its carnival, or Carnevale. There is even a Carnival costume contest. During the parade, people dress up in decorative masks and magnificent costumes. The Germans Horst Raack and his partner regularly attend the best costume contest. They have already won first prize several times with their self-made creations.
