When I try to do this, the creation page simply tells me an entry already exists. However, this entry is for the Nintendo Switch. (There's another unspecified page that appears to be for PS4, but point remains.)
This makes it so it's a bit weird to try to list a PC game with the PC art without bothering the Switch people with their accurate Switch art, if that makes sense. I would like it to look correct without barging in to the wrong entry to hijack it.
You can't select a different platform in creation, so can't circumvent that way. I'm not sure how others uploaded duplicates, short that I have a vague memory uploading used to work differently. (I think this memory has to do with it no longer auto-gen-ing a page from a steam link.)
