On September 16th, MODHAUS announced tripleS' First Gravity, titled Grand Gravity. For the first gravity, two DIMENSIONs were created. DIMENSION A was announced to be a sub-unit named Acid Angel from Asia, while DIMENSION B was announced to be +(KR)ystal Eyes. The members for both teams were decided by fan-voting through the Cosmo app.
SeoYeon was revealed as the first member on September 22th, SooMin on the 23rd, ChaeYeon on the 24th and JiWoo on the 25th.
On February 13th, they made their first official appearance as a sub-unit at the ASSEMBLE Pre-Con, performing their version of Dimension.
On March 17th, a news article from Edaily was published, confirming that the unit would be making their debut in the first week of May.
On April 4th, KRE had their album photoshoot and MV filming took place on April 6th. Teasers were released two weeks later starting with SooMin on April 18th, JiWoo on the 19th, SeoYeon on the 20th and ChaeYeon on the 21st. Group concept photos were released on April 25th.
The AESTHETIC track list was released on April 26th, followed by lyric teasers for the album's tracks on April 27th and the final group photo on April 28th.
The MV teaser for "Cherry Talk" was uploaded on April 29th, followed by an announcement for their debut showcase, Cherry Show, on April 30th. The album's highlight medley was released on May 1st and an announcement for the album's digital release was made public on May 3rd.
The MV for "Cherry Talk" was scheduled to release on May 4th at 12:00AM KST with the digital album releasing at 18:00PM KST the same day, however the MV ended up being delayed until 18:00PM KST, then further delayed with no set time for it's release. It was finally released on May 5th at 21:00PM KST.
On the same day, MODHAUS released a statement on tripleS' official Discord server addressing the issues and delays regarding +(KR)ystal Eyes' promos. They explained that KRE had planned for three weeks of promotions on live broadcast shows, however there would be none besides M COUNTDOWN due to external forces restricting the promotions of tripleS and their ability to appear on live shows.
On June 22, +(KR)ystal Eyes released a music video for Touch+, a new version of Touch, which features Park SoHyun in a new verse. As of June 23, 2023, the KRE music show ban had been lifted and they will perform Touch on music shows.
+(KR)ystal Eyes concept seems to be a continuation of Acid Angel from Asia's concept, as both music videos seem to be revolved around phones, TikTok and Instagram. +(KR)ystal Eyes also seems to be the opposite of AAA due to AAA having Black Angel Wings, whereas KRE seems to be more of a White Swan/Angel/Fairy as shown in the concept photos, opposite from AAA. Though, The music video for Cherry Talk shows more of a Y2K Hi-Teen vibe, which still keeps a similar Y2K vibe as AAA , whereas AAA has more of a Dark Y2K/Cyber Fairy Grunge aesthetic, the opposite of +(KR)ystal Eyes.
