Diana Irena Belbita is a former judo, multiple Kempo champion, kickboxing champion and professional MMA champion. Diana started doing sports at the age of 12 and chose judo because she wanted to do something different than other girls of her age. She started trainings at the Children's Palace in Strehaia with coach Ilie Gadea, who also started her kick box. At the age of 15 she moved from her hometown, Strehaia to Drobeta Turnu Severin, to continue her training at a higher level with Sensei Constantin Mitroi.
