Noeleen grew up in London. After training with the Urdang Ballet Academy and The Arts Theatre, Leicester Square, Noeleen decided to persue her acting passion by attending weekend classes at Sylvia Young's Theatre School. She attended The London Oratory to read English, Drama, Art & Music. Whilst training as an opera singer, she appeared as the Shepherd Boy in Tosca at Holland Park's Open Air Season and competed for Sainsbury's Chorister of the Year.
