“Not exactly a genre lacking in danceable singles from a variety of acts, but this version of Just Can’t Get Enough decided that remixes was the way to go. Instead of populating it with songs by the likes of the B-52’s, Yaz, or early Depeche Mode, New Wave Dance Hits finds the likes of the Jam, Love and Rockets, and Blondie in disco remixes and extended cuts. None of which are particularly illuminating or redefining of the originals, and many of them feel more bloated than anything.
