"This movie feels like a watered down version of a Carry On movie and without much of the comedy as well. It's about a bunch of new navy recruits and the misadventures that takes place when they join up on a joint exercise with the American navy. The laughs are few and far between and some of it consists of one recruit being pursued by the Doberman dog of the American Navy Admiral.
