"(Originally watched on USA Up All Night in -- I believe -- the late 1990's) Pros: Hilariously bad tale of a little boy Bad Seed who becomes obsessed with his adult neighbor and her young daughter; oh, and Barry Flatman (Mr. Quimby from that "Ramona" TV series) has a role! Cons: While quite entertaining, basically everything about this movie is still VERY... poorly-made. (4.5/10)"
