"One Oscar, 35 wins, and 19 nominations. Why? Because of Miyazaki of course. The best thing about his movies especially spirited away is the details. He is very detail-oriented in his direction and drawings. Like for instance, if the little girl got a scratch and there was blood on her dress and if she is spending the entire day in the same dress. You will keep seeing that spot of blood with different red shades as it dries throughout the entire day. That is how he creates a sense of reality w"

"23.5. 2020 "Spirited Away" reminds me of those countless different variations of Alice in Wonderland. The main character is a little girl who gets lost in a magical world full of dangers and freaky creatures. Some of the characters are fascinating and some of them are just annoying. "Spirited Away" has some memorable and beautiful moments like the train scene at the end of the film, but the story isn't all that original and it also feels unnecessarily slow at times."
