"First viewing - June 7th Some of you will recall voting for me to watch this film back when it was in my Netflix queue. I didn't get it watched back then because it left the service before I could sit down with it, and finally catching up with it I felt pretty bad about that. Ronin has some truly stellar action set-pieces, a solid cast all around, and the story has enough twists that it kept me engaged throughout. I thought maybe Sean Bean would factor into it more than he does, but that's fine"

" Date: 9/30/2020 Viewed: Blu-Ray (Arrow Video) Re-Watch Note: It's been a while since I have seen this movie and I recently bought the Blu-Ray released by Arrow Video. I hear Arrow just lost the rights to the movie, and I was lucky to buy a copy on Amazon for $20. I do have a nostalgic soft spot for this movie because I remember watching it when it came out on VHS with my dad. After watching this movie again, I think it holds up very well. Ronin is a non-stop thrill ride from start to finish."
