"23.8. Disney+ Predator 2 on nuorena jÀtetty vÀlistÀ, koska tuolloin se aika usein nousi esiin keskusteluissa ja listauksissa niistÀ maailman huonoimmista elokuvista tai vÀhintÀÀn jatko-osista. En ymmÀrrÀ. Alkaa suoralla toiminalla ja erinomaisen hienolla sellaisella. Sellaisella, josta ei tulevia kÀÀnteitÀ voi ennustaa, joten mitÀ vain voi tapahtua. Hyvin pelattu. Tulevaisuuden vuodessa 1997 Los Angelesin poliisilla on aika veikeitÀ aseita. Danny Glover on kova, mutta Gary Buseyn "
Not as good as the first, but a good sequel
“The first Predator is a classic, and I wasn't actually expecting much from this film. But I was surprised, as this film is quite good and much better than the AVP films and the recent film. It mayn't be as efficiently paced, the film could have been shorter and it may lack the sweaty and claustrophobic tension of the original. But there is an atmosphere that does make it a compelling watch, it is quite dark and suspenseful when it needs to be, and while the story isn't quite as interesting it is well-constructed with a broodiness and sensual style that doesn't make the film dull. The dialogue is serviceable, as is the direction, Danny Glover is suitably hard-edged and Gary Busey is interesting as the sinister government official. But it is the spectacular effects and excellent action that ” read more
"Format: Blu-Ray Viewing: 3rd (or 4th) Thoughts: After watching Judgment Night I was eager to see other Stephen Hopkins movies from this period and low and behold he actually directed the sequel to Predator. Now this was big shoes to fill coming off the success of the first film and following McTiernen and Arnie's lean jungle action adventure. Well now the jungle is a near-future Los Angeles and Arnie is replaced by a sweaty, pissed off Danny Glover (not unlike the Sgt Murtaugh character from Let"

"Re-watch - Aug. 18th This was my second time ever watching Predator 2. I vaguely recall being mostly bored with it when I was a teen, but watching it now I found more of an appreciation for it. It's still nothing great, and probably the weakest entry in the franchise (excluding the Aliens crossover films), but it's got moments. The characters are somewhat forgettable (I'd entirely forgotten that Bill Paxton and Gary Busey were in this, and how does that even happen?) and there's some truly atro"
"5.9. 2020 A tough L.A. cop searches for the merciless killer that leaves mutilated bodies everywhere while the city is being ravaged by territorial gang wars. "Predator 2" is almost as effective as the more famous first film and the city is just as thrilling environment as the jungle. It is a fascinating idea that humans with all their weaknesses and petty issues are really nothing compared to way more powerful species from the outer space."
