Vincent has a dream of converting classic cars from gas guzzlers to electric. Problem is he's busted for using illegal motors and has to raise money to have the motors replaced by legal ones. Leading him to go into business, the pot business, with a shady friend from the past. It's not long before things take a turn for the worse.
