“I wasn’t really sure what to expect from this flick but since it was starring Catherine Deneuve, I thought I might as well check it out. Well, it turned out to be about a middle-aged woman going through some kind of middle-life crisis and going on a road-trip in the process. To be honest, I always thought that the road-trip was easily the laziest genre but I have to admit that, in this case, she did leave without a plan or a specific goal which was at least refreshing. It was also interesting that she then spent hours on the desolated French countryside and, being myself from Normandy, it all looked actually quite familiar.
