In the Tekoa Mbya Takuaty village, on The Island of Cotinga (PR), we follow the experiences of the first village led by a woman, Juliana Kerexu - known as the Chiefess. Guided by Nhanderu's spirit as much as Mbya-Guarani spirituality and politics, and her closest references: mother, grandmother and daughter, the chiefess solidifies her roots grounded on feminine strength. Drawing a parallel between traditions and the construction of a world where personal strength holds the power to fortify and create a community, Juliana is the voice of a new time.
