Description: There is a dreary ghetto zone where children are bought as slaves to sell flowers to the tourists, beside the prostitutes and beggars. One boy keeps his spirits up by making friends with Frac, an odd young man who has a mime's clown white appearance tattooed to his face. One day Frac lays himself on the railroad tracks to die, and when the boy follows they get out of the way just in time. The train is from the circus, and when it stop the beautiful daughter of the ringmaster steps out and Frac and she fall in love at first sight.
