In the game series, she's a phone-a-friend character, but maybe the phone calls with her could be done as a split screen thing like they used to do on "Lizzie McGuire."

Una Stubbs as Hannah Gruen, Nancy's housekeeper. She's the one who recommended that Nancy help with the renovation and accidents in San Francisco. She's one of Nancy's phone contacts.

Dot Marie Jones as Emily Foxworth, a photojournalist and another friend of Nancy and Hannah's. She lives in San Francisco, and is a bit of an expert on local history. She's one of Nancy's phone contacts.

CCH Pounder as Rose Green, an old friend of Hannah's and the owner of a Victorian mansion in San Francisco.



Her mansion's been plagued by accidents during its renovation. It turns out, she recently took out a million-dollar insurance policy on the house.

Kristin Chenoweth as Abby Sideris, a friend of Rose's from local theater in River Heights.



She helped Rose pay for the mansion. She's really interested in ghosts and ESP, believes the mansion is haunted, and it turns out, staged at least some of the hauntings.

Brian Dietzen as Charlie Murphy, the handyman that Rose and Abby just hired.



He recently moved to San Francisco from the Midwest. He's also a history student at a local community college. Everyone thinks he's behind the accidents, but it turns out, the only thing he's guilty of is secretly staying in a secret room in the basement saloon, because he can't afford an apartment.

Eric Roberts as Louis Chandler, an a antiques dealer who was hired to help find pieces to decorate the mansion.



It turns out, he's the one causing the accidents to scare everyone out of the house. He wanted to steal the gold hidden in the house.

Heather Morris as the ghost of Lizzie Applegate Valdez, an actress from the late 1800s and early 1900s, who used to own the mansion when it was a hotel. Also seen in photos.

Mostly just a cameo appearance.

Matt Cohen as the ghost of Diego Valdez. It turns out, he was also El Diablo, a bank robber who stole the gold that was eventually hidden in the mansion. He also was married to Lizzie Applegate. Also, at least some of his voice-over in the seance was on a stock audio tape in one of Abby's stagings.
