Only rules are no actual fictionalizations of real people (examples: Bonnie and Clyde from the movie of same name, Aileen Wuornos from Monster, Amon Goeth from Schindler’s List, Hitler from Downfall, Henry from Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer, the Zodiac Killer from Zodiac, etc...) however fictional villains inspired by and/or based on real people (example: Leatherface from Texas Chain Saw Massacre) and/or fictional characters made specifically for historical movies or films based on true events and weren’t real (examples: Cal Hockley from Titanic, Valak from The Conjuring Franchise, etc) are ok to be on here and the 2nd rule is no standard bullies or jerks (example: Regina from mean girls, Bill Lumbergh from Office Space, etc...). The only reason I added Biff Tannen from back to the future and Fletcher from Whiplash is because Biff actually became a genuine threat in the 2nd film when he becomes the tyrannical ruler of Hill Valley and Fletcher actually drove a student to commit suicide (albeit offscreen) and committed the crime of sabotage to his own band class (tough that act wasn’t as heinous as the enforced suicide). The villains must commit an actual crime (like drug dealing, murder, theft, mafia stuff, rape, etc..) or have to be at least evil or malicious to be on here
