I'm just curious

Why do so many celebs photos seem to be controlled by one person and set to their preferences? People have changed photos to represent newer photos and the person refuses to let new photos be put up. They always use really old photos or women in their bikinis. I saw a thing under descriptions for celeb women that says DO NOT SET BIKINI PHOTOS AS DEFAULT PICS yet it's still happening. My friend said she emailed asking the same question and got no response. Since I have noticed it, I was just curious. Every single time the photos get changed, he changes them right back within one second to old or bikini photos. It says do not set full body shots as the profile image but he does it anyway.

I also see that certain movies instead of having an actual movie poster as the main image, someone will keep setting the default photo to whatever sexy scene happened in the movie. texas chainsaw 3d for example, everytime I come across the page the default image is alexandra daddario in a revealing top. I change it to a movie poster & it goes right back to alexandra's breast.

It's very annoying but they have it now where a lot of bikini pictures or otherwise revealing images can't be set at default pics anymore. But they didn't get all of them since some are still being changed back to any bikini/lingerie/suggestive pic the obsessed weirdos can find that can still be set as primary/profile image. Listal should have it where all full body images are blocked and only portrait/face are allowed to be the primary image. Same with movie/tvs where only the official poster should be allowed to the main image.

I think bikini photos should be embeded and I think old photos should be as well. That way like you said they can't be set to default pics. I also don't get why this guy refuses to let new pics be put up as the default image for celebs. I have seen some that are from when they were first posted. Why not let people enjoy new pics instead of always making forcing the old ones no one wants to see? I just don't get that. This one guy changes it every second you try to change a pic. Why does it seem like he controls everything with pictures? My friend thought this site hadn't been updated because of the old photos displayed. I had to tell her to go into the celebs folder to see they have been. I just think it's ridiculous that he will not ever let a new photo be posted before he changes it to something old or a celeb woman in a bikini. Also why is nothing being done about it if it clearly says don't do it?

This topic has been raised a few times over the years and generally Moderators had said it was difficult for them to deal with every image and only allow head shots rather than images of the whole body or bikinis due to the amount of images on the site and the work required to isolate certain images.
However your are correct in that recently some images are now not available as the Primary Image but oddly a lot of the now blocked images are the exact type we are being told to use, and some shots where you can barely see the person can be used, most bizzare!

It is indeed very annoying. A few years ago I was accused by another user of being the one behind it, and a few months ago I got a message from someone saying she had written something about me again. A few weeks after that I noticed that I couldn't set photos as my profile picture anymore so I figured the moderators believed that person and blocked me from doing that until I saw a few weeks ago that apparently, I'm not the only one who can no longer set photos as a profile photo.

Well it's obvious as to who's doing it now. They have uploaded old photos to a lot of the female celebs so they can use them as default images. Blake Lively has A LOT of old photos reposted and they have been flagged by not taken down. There's been some from 14 years ago (Her from GG) and you can tell by looking they're old. My main thing is why is this guy able to control the site and no matter how many times the default pic is changed he seems like he's in control of everything and changes it back to an old photo or a bikini photo. He will not let new photos be put up. Why does he get to do that? And also what's the point of having new photos for celebs if he is only going to let old ones be put up?

There's someone who's been changing profile pics to bikini or lingerie pics for years now.
I'm talking hundreds of them.

Yeah this guy obviously has no life. The pics for celebs gets changed and in 1 minute he changes it back. It's only his options and I don't know why that is. He also duplicates a lot of old pics just to make sure he only has to go to the first page to default them. There's been at least 20 that I actively know he changes their pics to old photos or bikini photos. I'm sure it's way more than that but if I'm aware of 20 than it needs to change. Especially if they say don't do it yet he does anyway. He definitely needs to grow up but he won't until they force him to. Also the embed is on there because of so many old pics being reposted. They need to take them down. I wish they would embed all old pics and full body shots so they can't be put up

Aesop is right, there's more than a 100 profiles affected by this guy and I believe he has them on standby; he starts his browser, looks at the profiles that he has set up and boom, changes them back to his preferences. Since it's already set up, it only takes him a couple of minutes to change everything to his crappy choices. If the admins paid attention to the profile pics he uses, they would embed them and prevent them from being used but we all know that doesn't happen because this guy is still 'terrorizing' the site.

Just to name a 'few' profiles that I know off. Look at them, admins, and embed the pics he uses because he always returns to them.

I've noticed this and it's always been frustrating. Adding to above because I've noticed Lily Chee, Lily-Rose Depp, Ginny Gardner and Ariel Winter's primary images are constantly being changed back to same bikini/lingerie pic. I don't mind the picture changing, but it gets annoying when it's changed back to the same one seconds later. It's always the most unflattering ones too. Adding Kristine Froseth, same pic!

RevelationEsques I completely agree with you. I tried to change 32 of them myself and he always changes them back Always. I got tired of it. I have tried to keep Sophia Bush with new defaults and Shantel Vansanten but he always changes it to his crappy preferences. He has more than one profile he uses too. I noticed that before. He contributes nothing but old photos that have been posted years ago..nothing new ever. I think if you don't contribute, then you shouldn't be able to change the default period. Also like I said before you shouldn't be able to use pics from 20 years ago when there's new pics up. Like Aesop said he obviously has no life beyond this site which is seriously sad.

EXACTLY!!!!! and I think these old pics he uploaded to these women's sites should be deleted. That's why they get embeded in the first place because of all the repeat photos. You report it and nothing happens. He keeps changing all the women's pics to bikini photos or old photos that no one wants to see but him. It's like grow up already which you know he isn't going to do

I am so sick of the same ole same ole pics and these bikini shots. I don't get why the admins allow that. They say no full body shots yet do nothing about it when its obvious it's happening. If you upload a new pic with the default pic as a bikini/full body shot why not do something about it? This is seriously annoying! it's multiple times every single day! It's also so annoying having to weed through all these reuploads of old pics to get to the new ones too. Why do they get to stay up anyway??

@BrookeEvans: by my count, there are only 3-4 active moderators right now, so addressing every last issue on Listal (within their authorization) takes time.

Taking time is one thing but taking this long is over the top. They still have done nothing to change it. He posted up bikini pics just yesterday. He's been doing it for a long time. Also these old pics get reported and they don't do anything about them either. My friend said she reported duplicate pics and they're still up. Why do they let them be posted in the first place? I mean they're by the same guy with different profiles under all celebs and it's annoying to try to find new pics when some are literally pages of old pics. What's the point in that?

Maybe they should add more moderators. People or users they can trust to handle all the problems promptly.

I agree...something. I'm sick of seeing bikini photos and lingerie photos till someone changes them. It's every day and multiple times a day. Something needs to be done about it. Especially when it says don't do it. I hate old pics used as a default too especially when new ones are available.

It seems that something did change when you would click on a photo and it did not have the functionality of changing to the profile photo. I thought maybe they had filtered them somehow. However, lately I've seen it where a close-up/headshot is disabled from being the profile image, but another random, less appropriate image can be the primary/profile image. Strange.

This has been happening for years. It the mods could have done something about it, they would have.

They probably don't have a way to track who's doing it, nor the energy to go over each of those photos and lock them.

The best thing you can do is let it go at this point.

Honestly, I don't care enough to worry about it. This miserable person wants to spend their time changing profile pics? Let them. Maybe it's the only joy in their life.

I see after a quiet period without many changes, they are back again, make me think its someone who has just come back from a temporary ban.
