Rearrange List

I have a serious issue today when rearraging items on Babe World then Ren item unexpectedly appears when I reached 500 maximum I tried to remove it when I rearraging correctly it constantly reappeared the same thing happen to National Unity of Babes a year ago, johanlefourbe was right the Listal site had experiencing technical difficulties so can you resolve this issue?
