Snafooey: Deluxe Edition - Board Game

At the start of the game everyone gets 10 Chips (life points) and 4 cards. Cards are from 1 to 3 and some special cards. You try to avoid getting over 30, 60 or 90 (losing 1 ,2 or 3 chips). Play a card, add it to the total, draw a card. Sounds easy , but its very good card game. The last player with a chip wins a game.
