Pastafrola
(O Pasta Frola) es una tarta artesanal típica de las gastronomías argentina, paraguaya y uruguaya. Por lo general se compone de una masa cubierta con dulce de membrillo, aunque también pueden utilizarse otros rellenos como dulce de batata, dulce de guayaba, si no, dulce de leche.
