Innis & Gunn Rum Finish Beer

This brew is uniquely finished in Oak Casks that previously contained Rum, this imparts a sweet spicy flavour. This particular brew spends 60 days in American oak Rum Barrels, then a further 47 days maturation period until the flavours have mellowed.
