Facturas es el nombre genérico con el cual se nombra en Argentina a la gran variedad de masas dulces que fueron introducidas por la inmigración europea que se dirigió a la región del Río de la Plata, y que con el tiempo fueron adaptadas al gusto de la región.

Facturas is the generic name which refers in Argentina to the wide variety of sweet dough that were introduced by European immigrants who went to the region of the Río de la Plata, and that eventually were adapted to the taste of the region.
