Using Mamoru as bait, she lures the Sailor Senshi into fighting with her once again. The outer senshi return, and all 10 senshi are reuinited for a final battle against Neherenia and her glass army. Three new senshi arrive, as well the Sailor Starlights, who, after the original senshi defeat Neherina, help them take on the formidable powers of the evil Sailor Galaxia and her Shadow Galactica group.
