Dale Brown

Dale Brown is an American writer and aviator known for aviation techno-thriller novels. At least thirteen of his novels have been New York Times Best Sellers. Brown is also a licensed pilot and served as a navigator-bombardier (now known as a weapon systems officer (WSO)) on B-52 Stratofortress long-range heavy bombers and FB-111A Aardvark medium range fighter-bombers. After serving from 1978 to 1986, he left the Air Force at the rank of Captain with 2,500 hours of flight time, having never seen combat.
