Wesley "Wes" Collins is the second and current Time Force Red, former second-in-command of the Time Force Rangers and the main protagonist of Power Rangers Time Force. He is also referred to as Red Time Force Ranger.

One year later during the events of Power Rangers Wild Force, he and the other Time Force Rangers helped the Wild Force Rangers against the Mut-Orgs, later he formed a part of a special mission with the Veteran Red Rangers against the remnants of the Machine Empire.

Wes returns in Power Rangers Super Megaforce as a part of the Legendary Rangers army, to help the Mega Rangers fight against the remnants of Emperor Mavro's thousands of X Borgs.

Many years later, Wes returned in Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel leading the Legendary Rangers, helping the Ninja Steel Rangers against Lord Draven and his army of Robo Rangers.
