Watari

Watari is the Chikou Star in Suikoden III. Watari is a mysterious and a silent ninja and a former member of Kage/Darkwind. He became loyal to one person within the former Highland Kingdom. After the Dark Wind stopped working under that individual, Watari left the organization, causing for his former allies to track him down. While no longer employed by the ninja organization, he still utilizes both their style of dress and combat.
