Justin Law

Justin Law, known as the Executioner, was a demon weapon and the former Death Scythe in charge of the DWMA Western Europe Branch. After succumbing to madness, he later became an agent of the Kishin and a part of Noah's Gang before later allying himself with the Clown Army.
