Hans Georg Schuwald

Hans Georg Schuwald, also known as the "Vampire of Bayern", is a prominent figure in the Bavarian business community, who is said to play and manipulate the German and, by extension, the European economy like a fiddle and bleed his competitors financially dry; this, alongside his other eccentricities, such as his blindness, seclusion and frequent late-night excursions, is what earns him his seemingly unsavory nickname.
