Eliot Ness was a federal agent charged with leading a task force to take down gangster Al Capone in Prohibition-era Chicago. His team was nick-named the Untouchables by the press, including Danny Rasher, Frank Basile and George Koken. Struggling to take criminals down within legal restrictions, he eventually developed a masked vigilante persona and became the Batman to work both sides of the law.
