Dominic Vail

Dominic “Dom” Vail was an NCIS Agent for the Office of Special Projects up until his eventual capture and death in the Season 1 episode, Found. Agent Vail was introduced in the episode "Identity" as the team's rookie agent. He was originally partnered with Kensi Blye.
