Daigo Dojima

Daigo Dojima (堂島 大吾, Dōjima Daigo) is a recurring major character in the Like a Dragon series introduced in Yakuza 2. He is featured as a supporting character in Yakuza 2/Yakuza Kiwami 2, Yakuza 3, Yakuza 5, Yakuza 6, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, and Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name. He is also featured as a major antagonist and final boss in Yakuza 4. In Ryu Ga Gotoku Online, he is the protagonist of the story Daigo Dojima: At the Time of Adversity. In Yakuza 0, he makes a minor appearance as a preteen boy.

Once a lowly street thug, Daigo becomes the sixth chairman of the Tojo Clan by Kazuma Kiryu's recommendation, representing a new generation of the yakuza.
