Betsy Bucket

Betsy Bucket is the head nurse turned head of Lucia State Hospital following Dr. Hanover's departure. Nurse Bucket became instantly suspicious of Mildred Ratched upon her arrival at the hospital, which resulted in a hostile working environment. And though her suspicions of Mildred would prove to be justified, she would later become allies with Nurse Ratched and assist her in her affairs.
