Barbara Van Horne

Barbara Van Horne (possibly nee Krutofsky) is the ex-wife of Melvin Van Horne and the mother of Warren Van Horne, and Becca Van Horne. She is possibly the sister of Krusty the Clown and daughter of Hyman Krustofsky

In the non-canonical episodes, "A Serious Flanders: Part One" and "A Serious Flanders: Part Two", seems to have been set/restyled as Barbara Belfry.
