Alex St. Clare

Alex St. Clare is a main character of the Australian police procedural crime drama television series Water Rats from season four until the end of the series in season six (1999-2001), played by Dee Smart. She served as a minor character in season four, and as the main female protagonist from season five onwards.
She is a Detective Senior Constable of the NSW Police Force, and a member of the Sydney Water Police.
