"31.1. I think this is one of Lem's earlier novels. It's basically just a dry and basic science fiction adventure without any bells and whistles. Compared to his later more relaxed works it's pretty weak. The funniest thing about these old library books are the old paper cards that were used to mark down all the loans, that used to be the norm before they started using computers. The old copy from the early 80's I read has basically never been loaned before, I was the first one."
